Honestly.....from all I have read....if you are eating the right foods.....you will be under your calories....I mean...it is really hard to eat over 1200 calories a day when you are eating whole foods (mostly fruits and nutrient rich vegetables).......

I am having the same problem....I have recently changed to a complete vegetarian diet with not animal protien.....I was unaware of how little protien I was getting...I have added a serving of raw nuts and beans to my daily diet....plus increased my green leafy veggie intake.....but I am still low.
