For a gimmick my legs sure are sore after doing squats with it, although I agree that just using it the way its advertised wont do much Im already doing all the exercises listed above... This device adds a little more ooomph to certain exercises and motivates me to do something when im watching tv in the evenings.

Im doing squats using a leg magic.... Its a lot harder than doing normal squats Your legs go outwards into a squat and then you pull your legs inwards back into a standing position... Really feel the tug on your thighs

Stick some tinfoil in the microwave next time you see that particular co-worker about to microwave their food... Microwave explodes co-worker gets blamed and hopefully they dont replace the microwave

cured tongue tastes very similar despite being different cuts of meat, for those who are afraid to try it... My husband for example wont eat tongue but ive tricked him into eating it and he enjoyed it until he knew what it was lmao, never thought to eat deer tongue as I usually just throw the head to the dogs

Black pudding is gorgeous as is white pudding Didnt eat it for years as my mother did her best to put me off it but tried it few years ago and eaten it regularly ever since... We wear socks to protect the flooring... Its annoying because my feet are constantly slipping.. Think my rather girlie instructor hates bare feet... Im trying to find yoga socks with the grips on them to help with the problem, the last place I trained we went barefoot even when jogging around the hall.

I would go into detox mode... Green tea, salads, seafood, lots of fruit, go to the sauna do a bit of extra exercise and accept that these things happen and its ok for these things to happen as long as its not a regular occurance
