my bmi has gone from "obese" to "overweight" this week... I was shocked when I first checked out my bmi to discover I was considered obese, just as I was getting used to the idea I shed a load of weight and my bmi changed to overweight

My husband sabotages me... When he knows im hungry after a workout he drags me to a takeaway... im going to start buying my snack before my workout and leave it in the van so im not hungry when he goes to takeaway I think hes afraid I will get too much attention from other men when I lose the weight

I feel guilty and then eat a lot of seafood and salad... And drink green tea or prune juice.. Detox a little, do a light workout.. But thats just me

Are the routines for women easier or are they designed so you still look girlie... my priority is packing a punch in the ring that will seriously rattle my opponent, same with my lower body.... Its about building muscles that pack a seriously powerfull kick... although id love a washboard stomach

I dont keep anything, I either give stuff back to the ex, give it to charity shops (thrift stores) or burn it. If I could get my memory erased as well I would.

I have increased my cal intake from 1200 -1450 and as a result will try to only eat back approx 200-250cals

Hangover... Water, water, water, then tea, then yoghurt... Then a microwaveable pasta meal and painkillers Alcohol poisoning... bucket to vomit in, painkillers, anti inflammatorys, drip... And after 2-3 days hangover cure and soups for the rest of week

Currently unemployed... Was a chef.. Loved it, hated it... Well ive a natural talent for it but the long hours indoors gets to you especially when you get paid feck all Im an outdoors person... Im hoping getting fit will help me find an outdoor or active profession

I enquired about personal trainers... Only if your a member... seems you cant hire an instructor otherwise. Im not using the pool/gym enough at moment for it to be worthwhile buying membership.

I intend to go once a week to start with for an hour after my swimming lessons as they are in the same place as the pool... Kill 2 birds with the 1 stone, the guy showing me the weights recommended I either focus on my upper body or my lower body per session and alternate it instead of trying to do both at same time
