My grandma is taking a pie crust, filling it with sliced strawberries (covered with a little bit of sugar) and topping off with a layer of Cool Whip. I don't think would have that many calories..

You could put it in the recipe calculator with what brands you use to see what it would be.

I think hoping for 145 to 140 from May 14th - 18th is really unrealistic...especially if your calorie goal is 1200. For me at 5'3 and 155lbs, 1200 only lets me lose 1.2lbs a week... I had unrealistic goals in the beginning too so I had to readjust once i started losing the weight...

I'm in :) I need some kind of challenge to make me serious and I need to lose just barely more than 2lbs per week to be where I want when I get my septum pierced. (June 3rd, my friend's wedding. I'm a bridesmaid so I'm doing it between the wedding and "reception")

That's how I kept under my goal for the first couple of months or so! I could remember what went together & stayed under so I'd just do it over and over. I still do that sometimes but it's so easy.. :)

I don't really agree with this at all. My calorie count is at 1200 and some days I struggle to get that high.. It is not an unrealistic number to have as a diet. With my size, my body only burns 1500 calories a day and to loose weight it obviously has to be lower than that. For you though, I would suggest giving your body…

CUPCAKES. omg. and boneless honey bbq chicken chicken wings.. and potatoes.. but my first thought was "OMFG CUPCAKES" lol. but I think it's because I have a dream to be a pastry chef/cake decorator :) I can't do that though because I'd gain a jillion pounds.

I've only lost 13lbs but I already feel awesome. I bought my bridesmaids dress a whole size too small (for a wedding in June) and when it came in (about 4 or 5 weeks) it fit perfectly!

I agree, you can't completely cut out things because that's how you fall off track. True. I haven't counted anything but calories and I RARELY exercise but I've gone done more than a dress size in like 7 weeks. Most weekly weigh-ins have resulted in a two pound loss (except two weeks because of "that time" lol). Exercise helps if you can't stay within your limit because you need to eat back your exercise…

misschilard - I would but I've moved my weigh ins to Saturdays and there's no telling when I'll get up on Saturdays.. but it's the only day I'm not rushing around to go somewhere..
