Love this! I was having the same thoughts about my own wrinkly old face and this puts it into perspective nicely!

I'm in! After a few weeks off over Christmas I have been logging pretty consistantly since New Year, but not working out as much and going over my calories quite a bit on the weekends. For February I plan to spend at least an hour and 15 minutes at the gym, minimum 5 days a week. I also am going to try and get back to…

I think this woman looks beautiful and amazing. It's a refreshing change from some of the posts I see from women on here that have huge Rambo-esque muscles and are piping up on threads like this saying that they are proof that women cannot get too bulky, when actually they are the opposite. THANK YOU for posting this pic,…

I put it in my hot cereal at breakfast and also use it as a moisturizer in the winter (apply it while still damp from the shower). I get the organic virgin stuff. I  it.

I drink almond milk because it's lower in calories, but I will never stop eating cheese. Ever.

I was going to the gym every other day, but for the next two weeks I'm trying to find things I can do at home (other than my elliptical trainer although I'll use that too). Things like body weight exercises and outdoor running, etc. I'd love to be able to do this without the headaches and frustrations of a gym membership.

What an awesome NSV! Good job!

Loved Couch to 5K. I had never been able to run more than a few meters my whole life and this program really helped.

WOW! Loving this thread, you girls make me want to go out running and then lift some heavy weights! Thanks for my Saturday morning motivation! Beautiful!

I quit over a year ago with the Allan Carr book. I started MFP about 10 months after quitting and my only regret is that didn't do both at the same time. I didn't gain a ton of weight, but enough that I would have rather not gained it. That book made it super easy and I felt dumb for not doing it sooner. A friend of mine…

I got mine at Sears for around $650, was regular about $1,400. Costco has some decent ones too.

I don't usually eat out more than once a week, so I generally order a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a side of beer.

That's great, best feeling ever!

Why are you trying to go on 500-900 calories a day? That may be why you're so pissed off.

I generally drink Molson 67 because of the calories, but if they didn't matter it would be a toss up between Blanche de Chambly and St-Ambroise Apricot Wheat Ale. Yummy! Now my 67 won't taste quite as good.
