  • I am tooting my own horn here !! I went to the gym tonight, and did 60 minutes on arc trainer, burning 600 calories. and then 20 min of the strength training burning an additonal 145 . I felt soo good after my workout , hubby was wondering if i would ever come home.

  • tom will definetly put a damper on loosing weight. I would just suggedst to eat at least a net of 1200 calories, if you exercise alot a day make sure and eat some of them.
