I don't regret a single day of my decision! I did treat myself - and love the girls :) I would agree with the post above. Make sure you have done your research, meet with the doctors and know you've picked the one you feel most confident with.

Eating made me feel good at the moment but, after I would eat, I always felt a horrible type of guilt. That resulted in a feeling of being out-of-control. Not good.

I must admit this post is so very true! I have such a love for food. Dieting is extremely hard for me for me also. I am limited to the certain foods. I have texture issues and do not eat fruits or veggies. I only will eat a handful of both. I know- I know, some people cannot imagine that! But it is very true. I've tried…
