Neither.

Seriously, the standard american cheese is only 40 calories and it gives some protein. I would NEVER order a sub without cheese, that's too sad.

I just ate some on a lightly toasted bread with bananas on top, it was delicious. It doesn't taste exactly like peanut butter, but I still think its good. I keep both PB2 and normal peanut butter in my cabinet and depending on what I'm wanting to make I choose accordingly.

I have just dropped a size within the last week or so. It took me almost 30lbs before it happened. I went from a 16 to a 14.

Yeah, I got called a lard-butt one time as I was leaving my work at night. I mean, I was a little offended and hurt that they bothered me when I was just trying to go home, but at the same time, who even uses that expression anymore? It just made them sound even dumber to me.

I've noticed diet soda fills me up...drink up!

Mostly Walmart, Target, and Safeway. I find better fruits and veggies at Safeway, and sometimes Target is just easier to go to than Walmart. When I have to buy a lot of stuff, I do Walmart though since it's just cheaper. I live in a smaller city so there's not a ton of options unfortunately.

Yep. This is the second time I've tried to lose weight. My first attempt, I did pretty well and lost about 40lbs. This was in 2012 I think, when I first joined this site. Once I started reading all this stuff about clean eating, I freaked out a little because I thought I was doing everything wrong and that I had to quite…

Yes, I saw that commercial on tv last night and it looked downright amazing.

For me it's several of those things. There are some foods that I can buy a big bag of just eat a serving at a time because I don't like them that much (chips for me, I'm not a chip person). But there are some foods I cannot buy a box of and not immediately eat the entire box. If I choose to buy my favorite cookies for…

Uh, the calories on that is like 370. I just had one this morning and it hardly threw my day off.

I had a sausage waffle taco this morning for breakfast. It was decent, but I won't be choosing it over McDonald's breakfast ever again.

Alamo Drafthouse? I visited my friend there last summer and it was amazing. I had their Guinness Shake, which was so good.
-
No, they're not bad. They're high and protein and low in carbs. Just eat them sensibly, work them into your day, and they're fine. No food is inherently bad.
-
I just tried the pine nut last night on a whim despite it looking really skeptical in the store. My god, someone needs to take it away from me because I am going to eat the entire tub it is so amazingly delicious.
-
I've never made them, but I think what you're supposed to do with these is make a big batch, like maybe on a weekend, and then freeze them so you can pop one out of the freezer and heat it up quickly for a workday or a quick meal. I would be too impatient to make one everyday too haha, but making ahead I would love to try.

No I could not, nor would I want to!

Saving this. I love to marinate things, but I always get so confused on how to log it.

That sounds so good. those no-bake cookies are delicious.

I love sushi but I really only eat the roll types. My favorite kind is a tempura one with some kind of yummy sauce. I'm perfectly aware it's not all that low calorie, but it is absolutely worth it to me. I only eat the one roll and am full and happy. Won't ever give it up!

I eat greek yogurt basically every weekday with some kind of fruit, usually a banana. I just grab it and throw it in my purse before leaving for work and it keeps me full until lunch time. On the weekends I eat whatever I feel like. Sometimes eggs, sometimes pancakes or cream of wheat, and sometimes lunch foods if I don't…

Yup. I don't think there's such a thing as good tuna without mayo.

Ridiculous post is ridiculous. Op, just make healthier choices and fit them into your calorie goal for the day. Last night I was craving Panda Express bad (my favorite fast food) and I just went and got some, ate it, and today I'm over it and am back to eating what I normally do. And since I satisfied my craving instead of…

Totally this. I would never go to a sushi place and avoid the rice. Hello, that's the best part. Also, I refuse to pay a high price for something I don't really want to eat. And what I really want to eat is some kind of tempura roll, and no one will take it away from me.
-
wth. I'm pretty sure my body knows when I eat something, whether its "processed" and fully of "disgusting chemicals" or not.
-
Oh my gosh, brilliant! I too have a hard time weighing things like this because I'm lazy and hate to do dishes, so I always felt like weighing things like peanut butter, mayo, syrup was just messy and I did my best to estimate, which I know I shouldn't do. Thank you for the genius idea!

Sorry OP, but I think that sounds pretty rude and passive aggressive. Plus, you make it sound like they're going to eat one piece of this and just balloon up overnight. Personally, I love to look at these pictures and I may make one, but probably not. Just because they post them doesn't mean they're actually going to make…

Panda Express, obsessed with their honey walnut shrimp.

Nah, chocolate is definitely better.
