I would love to join! My overall goal is 77lbs, but have about 60 more to go. I've really been needing some extra support lately. redversustheblue

I do, but I don't log here. I just come here for the forum and the friends lists. Occasionally I'll log a day here just to check my breakdown of calories and macros, but not all that often. I also keep track of my weight on here as well, but honestly mostly cause I love the ticker haha.

If people don't mind that I don't log here (I do weight watchers so I track on their mobile app), I would love some new friends. Even though I don't log food, I'm always here lurking around the forums and my newsfeed, and I keep my weight tracker up to date. I hardly have any active friends, and I like to encourage people!

I just started a free trial at plantoeat.com So far, it seems really cool. You can import recipes and stuff from other sites, and then plan out your meals week by week. It will give you a grocery list too, so that's a huge plus for me. This is the first week I'm attempting to use it, but it made my grocery shopping I did…

I'm glad you posted this! I read about this dog when he was first on the news a year ago I guess. Then I didn't hear anything else about him. So I'm happy to hear he lost 50lbs and is doing great!

"It is not that you cannot get in cardio in those ways, but rather that you are paying money for something so basic and natural to human function. I can understand specific instances why these two methods would be preferred to actual walking, but outside of those reasons it is a bit of a head scratcher." Um, I live in a…

I'm sure there are definitely people who feel like they cannot eat cheese ever again on these programs, and in that case, I feel like they might think that no matter what program they were attempting to follow. The support at the meetings is tremendous, who else is going to clap for you for losing five pounds? It does…

Sigh. I am a current member of weight watchers, and let me tell you, I love it. I absolutely need the motivation of a weekly meeting, and no, no one in my meeting pushes their food or products on me constantly. I went there about two years ago and lost 40lbs, and then when I had to go back to college, they did not have…

I started losing weight with Weight watchers, I lost 40lbs in the beginning and was going strong. Unfortunately, when I moved back to school, there was no feasible WW program available for me to attend in that town because it was so small. I lost pretty much all my motivation to lose almost immediately, and then after I…

mmm...this one sounds yummy. I have no idea where you find Chia seeds though and those seem to be a pretty important part of the process!

I used the old fashioned rolled oats. Yeah I'm guessing I way over estimated the milk. Planning on trying again tonight!

Love these ideas. I have a small single serving size crockpot that I definitely am going to start using.

Thanks, there's so many good sites that have been listed. Excited to check them all out!

Yeah, I know I've been very bad lately. I've had a really hard week, so I've been doing the best I can. Definitely trying to get myself back on track now. What kind of fruits would you suggest with plain greek yogurt?

Way to go! I only made it through about four days once...need to get back and try again.

Wow this was so inspirational! I get extremely obsessed with the scale and I'm really trying to train myself to think of the changes I see in my body instead of the number on the scale. Thank you for this!
