There are tons of other things you can add to normal meals to make them more caloric. Cheeses and nuts came in many varieties, and you can find something he likes and still don't get bored. Even salads can became super-high caloric with 50 ml of dressing and 100 g pine nuts on top. Make/buy him desserts, if he likes them.…

I lost at a slower rate, but still most clothes became unwearable after 6-8 months, depending on their cut/type, even with belts and stuff. But the thing is you should not deprive of having nice looking clothes for your current body (well, at least looking as good as they can, but there are clothes more flattering for…

Thank you very much for the nice ideas!

I see you do not mention any snacks between your meals. Snacking on veggies (with a little bit of hummus) or nuts or anything you finf filling, should help you limit you cravings.

Well... if I think that person has pottential from other aspects, I would go on a few dates, maybe 2-3, and then if no attraction existed I would end it with the dating. Attraction is a very complex thing and somethimes is has nothing to do with looks, so you have to know a person better.

Well... I had stretch marks before I started this. The ones in my arms bothered me more. Now I don't know if I have more stretch marks or they are really visible as I become smaller and they stayed the same. I try to use cosmetic oils for moisturizing my body and for my inner thighs they worked like a charm (most stretches…

Belly dancing. Not 6 pack dancing. Arabic women who belly dance, traditionally, have a big belly because the point is to have something moving besides your hips. Not necessary obese/overweight. But with big hips and a little belly sticking out. Like most traditional environments, women with belly are considered more…

If you are talking about sizes ranging from A to DD in linjerie collections... never saw a difference in price in the same model. Neither in clothes (the same blouse in XS, S, M, L sizes had the same price). If we are talking about a C cup generic model and a JJJ cup bra custom made or brought from the exclusive store that…

It didn't stopped me... And I sometimes have 600 calories breakfast. Great way to start a day when you don't know when you can eat next. :D Because of the busy wonderfull stuff you are doing.

My cat sometimes misses the windowsill, gets a little lower, her claws hang in the spaces of the radiator and we have to immediatelly get her out of there or she just hangs there pulling her claws. But most times she just misses her jumps, then starts walking away like she never wanted to jump on that surface. Then…

I don't do any exercise routine. I just have at hand multiple workouts DVDs of many different types and I do whatever I like. I only set myself the goal of hours of workout per week and percentage of those being high intensity (to not end up doing Pillates all week  ). I couldn't stick to doing a workout too often.…

I would not say that I actually have a diet plan, I just use MFP to control my calorie intake (and cutting some calories... required for weightloss). I try yo eat healthier and well... eating healthier most times helps in having bigger meals for the same calories. Also, I can say that I feel a lot better physically…

I over estimate only when I eat what I didn't cook, because I can't really know what goes in. And most day I eat at cafeterias with my coworkers. I don't over estimate at home. I don't see the point. I log the ingredients myself. I don't log omelette, I log the eggs and each ingredient separate. And I make every recipies…

Fajitas with roasted peppers and veggies garnish. One fajitas is about 250 calories. All made possible by being carefull with the quantities of high calories ingredients. :D Cobb salad... mmmm... delicious... Turkey chilli. 280 calories a bowl... it almost begs for a little cheese on top

My BMR is 1,506 calories/day My calorie goal is 1740 + some workout calories. I lose slow, but steady and I love the results.

EVERYTHING can be too much. There is always a limit. There is water intoxication (when you drink to much water), even oxygen can do damage in very high concentration. You cannot consume anything in any amount. It's a quantifiable thing. There is always a too much and a too little. The question is when we are talking about…

The first day (and the second if it's a heavy flow or I have bad cramps) I either have a day off (I usually have 1-2 days off a week), or I do less intense workouts (Pillates, light aerobics) or I make it an arm day.

2% percent Oly greek yoghurt. It's a product of the Olympus brand and it's the only yoghurt I eat almost. Heck! I eat it 75% of the mornings for almost a year and a half and I still love it.

My fabolous NSV at this point is being able to wear L size clothes. That means that I can go to any store and find nice things. Around here only H&M and C&A carry big sizes, so buying clothes was restrictive until this weight loss.

I'm 25, 172 cm (5'7''), started here at 95 kg (210 lbs) and now I am 72ish kg (160 lbs). I don't actually have a routine. I have multiple workout DVDs on my computer, ranging from Pillates, Tae Bo, Jillian Michaels, Biggest Looser series, dancing aerobics, strenght training (mostly Jari Love) etc. I tried various workouts…

I'm no men, but most men I know prefer a low maintenance woman who looks/smells/feels/is/etc. like a high maintenance one. Hell, even women would love to have the advantages of high maintenance with the low maintenance `costs`.

I lose at a small rate so the thing that irritates me is that when people `congratulate` me on my loss, they also add I could have done it faster; or that they know someone who lost the same weight in half the time; or that I surely eat a lot for a person on diet.

I'm 172 cm (5'7'') with a 16 cm wrist (6.30 inchest). Medium size Ideal: 62 kg - 68 kg It seems a lot. Now I am 72 kg and I have certainly more to lose. 60 kg seems more of a goal.

I simply boiled 500 g of white potatoes with 200 g of cauliflower in water plus some skimmed milk (250 ml). I added salt and pepper, boiled it and when the veggies were soft I put the blender in. I put in 150 g of greek yogurt with 2% fat (instead of cream) and mixed everything nice. For extra flavor I added 20 g of…

Yey! New thread!!! Cream of potatoes and cauliflower. The cream soup is only 250 calories so I garnished it with some bacon and fried onion for a total of 350 calories. Loaded potatoes. So delicious for 450 calories. Just eating one of my favorites: mediteranean chicken with cuscus.

I lost weight at a slow pace so most clothes wear out before they were to big to wear. The ones that were in good shape I gave away. I only own clothes my size or maybe one size bigger. I need to have clothes that look good oon my now. Not yesterday. Not tomorrow. I like spaced wardrobes, not ones bulked with clothes I…
