The most disturbing movie I ever saw was a German movie called "Funny Games." It's been 10 years since I watched it and I don't think I'll ever be able to forget it - no matter how much I would like to. :noway: I believe they made an American version but I definitely don't plan on ever seeing it.

100% with you - I enjoy working out when I do it - I just have a million excuses for not doing it. Like PaleoRDH, the morning would be the best time, but dragging myself out of bed is the worst! I don't like the gym because I don't want to sweat and jiggle in front of other people... my living room isn't large enough...…
