Rippetoe's Starting Strength is the gold standard for men and women, boys and girls.

I have eaten and continue to eat bread every day. I succeeded. Part of the secret to my success is immediately discarding ridiculous notions like "drop bread to lose weight".
-
No. That's silly.

Eat the bagel! Go on, do it! MMM, delicious bagel. Add cream cheese or butter. It will be soooooo tasty.
-
Huh? I eat white (semolina) pasta. Are you suggesting that I'm unhealthy?

Focus on putting your elbows forward and up, making a meaty shelf for the bar to sit on. Your fingers are only holding the bar in place; they're not supposed to support the weight.
-
Less cardio more weights. The weight gain is not fat.
-
Regular pasta is just fine.

Goatse. Or, if we're talking movies, then I want to take back "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" and "FatHead". I could have used that time for more productive things like staring off into space or drooling.

Same as everyone else. TDEE-20% or so.

I had Thai today. Showering Rama (chicken with peanut sauce over spinach), Pad Thai, and Rice. Yummmmmm!

There is a section in the book about how to tweak for beginners. It's one of the chapters near the end.

I do 5/3/1, but I suggested SS or SL to the OP because they are beginner programs. With a 28 kg squat, I think there are lots of gains to be milked from a 3x5 or 5x5 before moving on to a more intermediate program.
-
I recommend going with a tried and true strength program like Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5. You will double your squat.

Whatever fits

It's not so much a myth as it is an alternative way of accounting. People with poor critical thinking and comprehension skills have caused the whole thing to become a big "debate". It's just numbers.

The simple TDEE calculation works well for me http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html

It depends. Are they magic?

Eat the foods that keep you satiated and fit into your macros. Don't subscrie to rubblish like "kickstarting metabolism" and "healthy" vs "unhealthy" foods. Can you eat bacon, white bread, full fat cheese, etc, feel fulls, and fit it into your calories and macros? Then do it. End of story.

Neither. Ample protein, ample fat. The rest can be anything. Yes, even sugar.
-
No. You're eating way too low. You will fail.
