Sure, I'm in!

My cousin (who knows a guy who lost a ton of weight) just told me that you should take the pill first thing in the morning to kick start your matabolism, but then the next day, to take it a little bit later - that keeps your body guessing. just make it a little later and later each day, but once you hit 6 o'clock, do not…

It's a good exercise for you, as a dieter, to think about the ingredients that went into the dish and try to estimate the calories. After a while, you should get a knack for coming up with a rough ballpark of restaurant dishes that you order. I'll often just quick-add around 1200 calories or so if I eat out and I'm too…

P.S. unicorns. Unicorns are the secret. Doesn't matter if count calories or not; just whether you believe in unicorns. Unicorns are what worked for me. Everybody's different.

So you took a TDEE-based approach? Or are you just another wizard? I'm trying to parse this and make sense of what you think you're saying... A moderate calorie deficit is not enough for you to lose weight? You require a moderate calorie deficit that is increased arbitrarily by the amount of exercise you perform day to…

but i was told that pill timing doesn't matter
-
just how precise and accurate do you think your calorie counting is....
-
Your halfway to enlightenment. Make sure you manually set your calorie target to your TDEE minus 500 (or so), and you will be all the way there.
-
Anything "Secret" or "Magic", and "Diet" definitely works great. Good nutrition and hard work is for chumps and showoffs. Everybody knows that taking magic pillz is the surest way to long-lasting success.

I don't even know how to reply to this. You're asking for an appetite suppressant to use in those times when you are not actually hungry?

"exercise calories"
-
MFP's allowances for you have exercise factored out of the equation. So it happens to be "working" (whatever working means to you) despite the fact that your accounting is off. This would bother me greatly. But luckily, I am not you. It would be like you finally checked the statement of your debit account, and the final…

don't what? balance your checkbook? believe it math? what works for you? eating random calories every day?
-
No, actually it's simple math. SIMPLE math. How do you people balance your checkbooks?
-
Depends. If you go with the MFP system, then you go with net calories. If you take a TDEE based approach then it's gross calories. Eating back exercise calories isn't an arbitrary choice. It depends on how you do your bookkeeping.

I decided I would lose weight. I read and researched how to do it. I formulated a plan. I followed my plan.

1601 here. BAM! IN YO FACE!

I ate a bacon cheeseburger and fries at lunch, and half a pizza at dinner, with ice cream and cookies for dessert. Over my calorie target by about 1000? I am ready to smash some lifting personal records tomorrow. Feeling guilty? What a waste of emotion.
-
Who said anything about eating junk food? Taking a break means taking a break from calorie deficit, and eating at maintenance calories with your regular food. Gives your leptin and ghrelin and chance to reset/

You're so certain of yourself, why did you even start this thread?

I prefer lithium ion and nickel metal hydride are better than alkaline.

About £ 1.7 billion. That was my last month as a hedge fund manager.

There is no such thing as "tripping system up and cleansing". You might as well say you want to try this because Voodoo Space Magic. It would have exactly the same validity.
-
perhaps once you stop subscribing to nonsense you can finally reach your goals once and for all.

Well one is made from soybeans and they call it "milk" because it's a white liquid that is edible, and the other is animal (generally cow) milk. One reason to drink soy milk would be lactose or dairy intollerance.
-
Wait, which are you asking about? Best workout or favorite workout?
-
But the successful ones all do the fundamental things the same. Don't be like "everyone". Be successful.

Switch to TDEE based approach.
