I don't think god would punish you to hell just for making a stupid post.

I do enough stupid things in my life without trying. So when I see obviously stupid things, such as body wraps, I ignore them. When I see other people take them seriously, I shake my head and laugh. And maybe cry a little for humanity.

Eat wholesome nutritious food for about 80% of your diet. Your body will "detox" itself.

Seems right. Nobody should use sedentary unless they're in a coma.

Pretty sure Canada only has Men's Protein Powder. You may have to order from China. The women's version is pH balanced differently, for a woman's body.

why would these be mutually exclusive?

So basically 1 chicken minus whatever calories are in the backbone? In my opinion it's just easier to eat the backbone to avoid having to do the maths on that.

Protein is effectively food. But don't worry about this "must eat protein immediately after workout" nonsense. Hitting your calorie and macronutrient targets are far more important than timing.

+/- 100 on any given day is normal. Perfectly on plan. +/- A WHOLE TON of calories once in a blue is fine. Still considered on plan. +/- A WHOLE TON of calories all the time means you're way off plan. Those who stay on plan succeed. Those who do not fail.

I'm doing a different approach now. I've calculated my TDEE, less 500, and eat that amount every day. It has simplified my life. And I no longer have to worry about micro-managing all these calorie counts, and don't freak out if my HRM isn't charged.

I let the sarcastic head dominate 80% of the time. It's the only way to maintain sanity.

One day will not make or break you. Your general lifestyle is what will make or break you. Fat people don't get lean by eating healthy for one day. Lean people don't get fat by splurging on food for a day. Many fat people eat well once in a while, and many lean people splurge once in a while. It's not the "once in a…

Ok. We'll stop.

On a more practical note, why don't you scale up the weight training and scale way down the aerobics? The weight training will promote lean mass retention and possibly even growth. And that volume of aerobics is obviously counterproductive. You're well past the point of diminishing returns.

30-60 minutes a day, 3-6 days a week. With a decent workout routine, you will be in outstanding shape.

Basically a metabolic conditioniong workout in a group setting. It will depending largely on the instructors. More or less anyone can become certified. There are lots of horror stories (and videos) of the people lifting with criminally bad form and the instructors rooting them on. On the other hand, there are also plenty…

1600-2600??? Is that remotely accurate? If so, the answer is obvious. Eat a medium pepperoni pizza every day.
