Week # 2 -- September 10th -- Goal 300 minutes: Mon: 60 walking Tue: 70 minutes walking, 20 minutes 30ds, 30 minutes strength training = 120 minutes Wed: 150 minutes heavy gardening, 30 minutes walking = 180 minutes Thur: Fri: Sat: Sun: Weekly goal met today but will keep going and see how much I can maintain:)
