Didn't meet my goal but that's ok. I finally lost significant weight...AND an inch on my hips and waist, and upper arms. YES!!!!!!!!!!! Memorial Day here I come!
-
I am stoked! I've been in a lull lately, but I feel my breakthrough acoming lol. I haven't exercised in 3 days but I feel and look slimmer. I think I am still not calculating my calories probably, and eating too little. Hopefully, I'll get it right before Memorial Day. Let's Do It! My goal is going to be at least 15 lbs.

I'm notorious for encouraging words to others, but find it hard to pull myself up sometimes. Right now I am going through so much-my kids have issues, family dynamic issues, place in life issues, etc. I try to stay positive though. We can give each other a boost.

I agree with the other posters. Diet is key. I sit almost all day as well, but I make sure that I get at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week- and I TRACK EVERYTHING, good and bad. You can look back at some of my days and it's like wow and you wanna lose weight. But it's accountability, and when I'm forced…

Feeling blah... You work so hard for the things that you want and they still don't pan out sometimes. Patience is something that I definitely need to acquire. I haven't lost anything this challenge I know but I will keep on pushing. There is going to be a breakthrough soon- with this weight loss journey and in my life in…

I know what you mean, but mindset is more than half the battle when it comes to weightloss. So, let's try to stay positive, maybe spice up the routine a bit to get invigorated. Keep it up! We're gonna break through soon...

A small loss after 3 weeks of gains- I'll take it!
-
YES!

Any thoughts for the next challenge? I wanna keep this going.

Look at your ticker, girl! 60 lbs lost that is so awesome; you're over half way there! I've been hovering for the past 3 weeks and not even halfway to my goal. Sometimes you reach this point after steady weightloss. What I suggest is that you switch up your exercise regimen to get invigorated. Add something new or do…

Oh... SW 181.2 Wk 1 181.6 Wk 2 181.8 Challenge goal 176 UG 140

Well I gained, but I was truly shocked and I'm not upset. I lost an inch off my hips, I feel lighter and my clothes are not getting tighter. Also, I have increased my strength training and my caloric intake. Soooooo, I'm guessing (praying really) that my gain is muscle. I've stayed under my calorie goal and exercised every…

Welcome back! I tried to post for you but noone replied:)...we needed our fearless leader lol! I'm excited for this week. I gained last week but weighed Monday ( I know I shouldn't have) and I was back down. I increased my calories because I was way low for my activity level, so I'm a little nervous about that, but I'm…

I have a question. MFP calculates fitness goals based on your activity level at work and then adds exercise goals. I have a sedentary job but I exercise almost every day and lead an otherwise active lifestyle. MFP says my calorie goal is around 1400 cals to lose weight. I think this is very low for my activity level. My…

I'm definitely working out at least 30 minutes at least 6 times this week, gotta get my mojo back! lol

This weekend...uggghhhh! But today's a new day and I'm up for the challenge. My goal for this week is to cut out sodas, fried food, (especially french fries) completely. If I can do that, I'll be good to go. I want to lose at least 1.5 by Friday. Good luck everyone!

Hello all! Starting weight: 181.2 Goal weight : 176 UG : 140

Starting : 187 Ending: 181.2 Total Challenge loss: 5.8 Challenge goal 180 I can't lie, I'm a little bummed that I didn't make my challenge goal weight, especially when I started off so well. My dissapointment along with a wonderful, but decadent V-day, made for some very bad choices the past couple of days. Time to regroup…

Wow! You did awesome! St. Patrick's Day-Let's get it!
-
I think the shorter challenges motivate me to work harder. I was already gearing up for St. Patricks Day though, so I guess I can still set my goals as if it were a new challenge.
-
My goal for the challenge is 180. My UG is 140.

Here it is: Starting weight: 187 W1: 183.6 W2: 182.4 W3: 182.2 W4: 181.6 W5: 181 UG 180 It's been slow (very slow) and steady. OMG...I was really good his week and didn't lose but .6. I guess I should count any step in the right direction as a victory , but I was really expecting more. Some how I don't think I was eating enough and maybe that slowed my metabolism, idk. Start 187 W4 181.6 Loss so far 5.4 Challenge Goal 180 UG 140

I tried to put in a totals column for us but I can't get the function to work.

TGIF and Thank God this week is over. I had absolutely no motivation to workout this week. I felt lazy and tired from work and my kids' basketball practices. Next week will definitely be better for me. starting: 187 w1: 184 w2: 182.4 w3: 182.2 Challenge goal: 180

SW: 187 W1: 183.4 Wk2: 182.4 Vday goal: 180 I lost 1 pound. I believe I wasn't eating enough last week because I starting feeling weak, so I actually increased my calorie intake. I changed from Jillian to Tae Bo with cardio salsa in between. I also lost 1 inch off my waist and 1 inch off my hips. This is so slow going, but…
