I am also doing the Atkins thing...try to eat lean meats and keep calories in check, but would really be interested in knowing how to do this with your food diary as well. I have lost over 100 lbs since this time last year, so it works, and I feel so much better!

I have the same problem in the tummy after 3 csections and way too long of being massively overweight. And I don't think this last 40 pounds is going to get rid of it. Blah!

I always read the serving size...schooled some girls at work on that and they were like "Whaa?" People just assume that a 20 oz soda is 1 serving...nope, 2.5. ALWAYS read the label.

I shorthand in texts ON LY because my phone is an idiot and it takes me forever to spell something out with it. Touch screen + stylus +wonky screen that needs reconfigured= very few wordy texts from this chick.

I love Leslie Sansone! It is the easiest workout to follow and feel like you are actually getting something out of it! I highly recommend this to anyone who is either crunched for time, not wanting to spend alot of money for a gym membership, or just starting a workout routine.

Because I am on the road working during the day, I have to bring my lunch. When that is the case, I pre log...it helps me not to stop and get something unhealthy when I'm out and about.

My sister has always dated black men, it's just who she's attracted to. We were raised to believe that color doesn't matter, love does. All of my neices and nephews are mixed, and I know sometimes she has a hard time with certain things because of it, but if He treats her right, why should it matter?

Was a GM for a C-store chain until about a month ago...left to clean houses and personal assist. for the very wealthy folks in my community. I love making my own schedule, the money is great, and much less stress! Bonus is that I feel like I've worked out for about 6 hours every day!

Most people who are my age or younger want to know what I'm doing to lose the weight that I have, and I was embarrassed at first, I guess because I was going to a bariatric clinic and had to have "help" losing the weight.
