Start by eating the whole eggs, not just the whites. Don't be scared of fats. You need them.

If you are going to eat a meal out of a vending machine, Snickers is the best option. Lots of protein and healthy fats from the peanuts, compared to other choices of sugar or chips. Not the greatest dinner to have, but occasionally won't kill you.

I delete pretentious people who use big words. Nah, actually I just never add those to begin with. People get deleted for various reasons all the time. Nothing to get offended over. It's not like they are your besties and you have sleepovers.
