You can get those types of symptoms when you first go on them as they do lower your blood pressure. That being said, I would check with a medical professional.

139/89 certainly isn't as immediately dangerous as a contraindicated medication. Go to a doctor or talk to the pharmacy who dispensed them. The OP has only been on them a few days.
-
You didn't say what dose, type. Most pharmacists can guide you through discontinuation until you can see your doctor.

Nice man bashing. Don't you mean people suck or are insensitive sometimes? What happened to equality?

There's nothing to Google. MFP doesn't treat fiber as a static goal (although I think they should). If your calories get increased by exercise, your cals, macros, and fiber get bumped accordingly. So either it's a math (programming) error on their part, or they think you should get more fiber if you eat more calories.

What do you expect when some of the things Oz espouses among "john of God" and talking to dead spirits are these: http://web.randi.org/home/from-the-archives-randis-inside-scoop-into-abc-news-john-of-god-investigation-2005

Maybe the doctor meant "healthy as a prediabetic horse". I would ask for the blood panel results...

Still all carbs. Add some fat and protein for longer term satiation.
-
So in your case, it's no different than someone getting up at 7-8 am and waiting until noon to eat breakfast which most people would consider as skipping breakfast.
-
Paging steve098 I have regularly skipped breakfast most of my life. When I was in shape and out. I'm back in shape (mostly) and skip breakfast. It's up to you what helps you keep at the correct calorie level.

Sounds like advice for an elevated A1C or lipid levels.

Soccer moms. Where would science be without them...

I was going to say...3 T of fish sauce should be around 3600mg of sodium!
-
Sorry, nothing would make me want to reach into a bin at bulk barn and bring that powder home. :)
-
I didn't say it was. I gave the reader a point to start investigating the history.
-
Probably neither is accurate. Just use the same scale each time to find a trend up or down.
-
What do you mean "other" forms of protein. There is almost no protein in breadfruit. It's all carbs. Didn't anyone take history in this forum? Look up Captain Cook and Tahiti.
-
Use it as the liquid to make bread. High protein delicious bread.
-
So you're ok with carbon monoxide (CO) then?
-
You have to experiment. Try half salt. Bread needs salt to halt the yeast or it doesn't stop rising.
-
Have you weighed the whole box to see if it agrees with the packaging? It's sold by weight not volume which is why things should be weighed, not judged by cups. You should probably weigh your servings.

Make your own jerky in the oven with no sugar added if you want. I use a dehydrator because I want lower sodium in mine but I've made it in the oven. I usually use flank steak but you can use anything, just cut out the fat because that is what goes rancid quickly. Soak in your marinade over night, put straight on the rack…
-
Well, fibre is a subset of carbohydrates, and you forgot the fourth macro, alcohol. :)
-
5 tablespoons of oil...that's 600 kcals. What else are you going to eat to stay in a calorie deficit and get the nutrition you need. It won't help you lose weight beyond keeping you fuller because it's a fat.
-
Prrecisely, because in a prolonged calorie deficit the fat burn/fat store equilibrium will be in a net fat burn resulting in weight (fat) loss.
-
Almost none of that is paleo... Meat and fish are full of potassium. Coconut water, mushrooms, dunno if you do squash.
-
Couldn't fit cauliflower in there anywhere? >:)
-
I go here for correct values: http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/3176 I also weigh most things raw before cooking. How the heck did you cook 2 pumpkins in your slow cooker. Mine wouldn't fit one. Oh, cut up! :)

Depends on whether the original substance is chemically altered or you've just added additional chemicals. Tea is water with tea in it ie. a solution. The water is not chemically altered.
