Quinoa is not regular food. It's food that is being absconded from native peoples on a fad.

...and not anyone picks up on the obvious. Proclaim your method!

Come back after the biopsy or everyone is guessing, right? Dr. House says everyone lies. Is he lying?
-
You haven't addressed your statement " CICO is not sustainable in the long term." Does it break down approaching the event horizon of a black hole or something?
-
What does the bold even mean? Gravity isn't sustainable over the long term...

All you need to know about Mehmet Oz or Sylvia Browne is here: http://web.randi.org/

Thankfully, she's dead.

It doesn't matter. Energy is not created from nothing. If you aren't losing weight, regardless of medical issues, you are eating at your maintenance level. Eat less to lose.
-
Why do you keep saying this? You are compounding errors. There is an error in estimating intake, and one for output. Measuring with a scale reduces the intake error to its lowest possible amount. You are eliminating one of the two errors. (To be simple) It has nothing to do with output or exercise. You also don't sound…

Now, you are starting to make sense. Look at what you eat, and decide what you should eat. Eat for your condition. None of the knowledgeable people here has ever said less I don't think.

Primo semantic nonsense.

Please elaborate on this. How does the baking soda (a base) get past the stomach (strong acid) to affect the kidney and act on the deposit? The sodium bicarbonate will neutralize the stomach acid slightly, which will then turn on the proton pump to bring the stomach acid back up. How does this affect an existing stone?

Grains are from the grass family, of which rice is is one. This is why technically quinoa is not a grain because it is not a grass. It's a chenopod and considered a pseudo cereal. http://www.fs.fed.us/wildflowers/ethnobotany/food/grains.shtml

It's an example. You're being as obtuse and pedantic as the other one.

It's not rocket science, or are you just arguing for the sake of it. You can have donuts and lattes. Have one or the other on different days. You want pizza? Have one slice. If you can't fit ice cream in every day, don't. Have it when it fits...There. You can eat whatever foods you like in moderation. Anyone can set up a…

I too am intrigued by the cooking Otter.

It's also why drinking out of a fresh stream tastes so delicious. We're craving the minerals. Which for the non-chemical-pronouncers means it's toxic! Fancy that.

6 pages ago I asked you if you had seen a counsellor. You ignored it, and you do still. You seem like a nice person. Get some help about your body issues. You don't need to lose weight. You need a new vision in your mind.

Misandry at its finest. Strange, since your original post paints you as the woman with the useless husband, home all day, doing nothing...or, maybe not strange at all.

She's not struggling with that. She's looking for excuses to continue under eating, and your helping to enable that.

Social decency aside, that Couric piece is still garbage for all the reasons tigersword listed. Any comment about their post?

I think you changed your user name but left your photos the same. Have you gone to see an ED therapist yet?

Yep, and here's another one for black tea: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21450118

I don't care about pretty. If a site is so unintuitive (or designed for a tablet) I can't be bothered. Life is too short and I'm too old. :)

You're right about everyone getting something... It sure gave me a headache (and almost a seizure). It's like Geocities rose from the dead.

Oh I'm well aware. I'm an electrician who has many code violations in his basement. I used to joke that I could tell a person's trade just by a quick glance around their house. Whatever seems to be the most neglected would probably be the answer. Actually, I think it's because you are so busy making everyone else happy,…

Ah, but see, if I knew that, and I would if the analogy holds, I wouldn't hire him either. I'll just hire one of his many other competitors who don't appear unmotivated.
