This isn't really a great example because I wasn't getting asked out, but I used to get catcalls in Brooklyn when I was bending over to clean up after my dog. Because there's nothing sexier than a woman with a bag of warm fresh feces.... :-/

Today I'll be doing Day 3 of Week 1. I've run more in the last 4 days than I did in the previous 20 years combined. My saying used to be "I hate running so much I wouldn't even run from danger" so this is quite a new adventure for me too. Feel free to add me as well!

One of my favorites is salsa. If I order a salad at a restaurant I almost always ask for salsa instead of dressing. Sometimes I'll toss the salad with a little fresh ripe avocado...that adds back some of the unctuousness you would get from a creamy dressing.

Lacinato Kale! I make a dressing with a little olive oil, a lot of lemon juice, red wine vinegar, shallots, garlic, & a little dijon to help everything emulsify.
