Upto you isn't it really, if you want to eat 800cals then good luck to you and once you hit goal weight good luck maintaining it's not easy believe me.

I'm a 20 something that has lost the weight and just trying to keep it off. I might have some valuable advise/motivation to help you get to your goals or as I like to put it I talk a lot of jibberish but that's adorable, right ?lol. I'm up for friends requests if you feel you can handle my odd personality haha.

Sin yes because she's off her rocker but I must be upfront and say that ^^^^ she's racked up a few brownie points for me

Simple answer is no you don't HAVE to. Once you get used to it, it becomes 2nd nature but to start with it can feel like a bit of hassle but is worth it once you get passed the early stages.

I always breathe on the 3rd arm stoke if that's any help

Not sure I agree with this, if everyday you eat that much then yes maybe you have a major issue but we all have moments when we just go go go at things that are close to hand. I do love a bit of chocolate and yeah I'll have a few bits but just make sure I get my runs in. If you want to talk chocolate just holla lol.

I liked the sound of 150lbs, no more to it than that really

I second this one, although I have just bought a new one by CNP which is around 30g protein so we'll see what that's like.

I hear it's terrible to eat a whole pizza on your own but hey I've done it and guess what I survived. Don't believe everything you hear, sure you can injure yourself but that's the same with anything, I hear Joe Bloggs dropped some weights on his toes would this stop you doing weights ??? It's all trial and error, I'm sure…

That damn 'wall' has a lot to answer for(more talked about in regards to marathons but don't see why it can't be the case for shorter distances). As others have mentioned make sure you've taken on good nutrition/hydration etc. I just tell myself that if I stop now then those previous Xmiles were for nothing and that's not…

Face to face. When I broke up with my ex I ended up doing it over the phone, I intended on doing it in person but we'd had a conversation a couple of days before where she said that if I was going to finish it she'd rather it done over the phone as couldn't cope with it face to face. Was I happy with this, no but I didn't…

04.03 - 2.31miles Remaining = 32.69miles It's not a lot but it's a start, well not bad for someone who's injured but you've got to go through the pain.
