Have you considered a protein supplement? I use the GNC whey protein in the bag. 60 g protein, 7g carbs, and (I think) 1g fat.

I got my Polar FT60 on Amazon for 115 bucks. I have no regrets. Maybe just skip the HRM for a while and save up? It's totally worth it to get one with a chest strap. I'm glad I did.

FRIGGIN POP TARTS! I was in a meeting all morning and I was starving. The snack bar only had pop tarts and candy bars. I figured pop tarts were the least evil thing... Wrong. 420 cals and 9000 g of sugar later... Oh well.

I drink it when I'm feeling constipated. So for the past 2 days, I've had about 4-5 cups of the "detox" tea and I've gone number 2 about 3 times. Not liquid... Solid logs, man! I was more backed up than I thought... =)

My PT checked out my feet, told me what to put in the shoe dog survey and it showed me the shoes I needed. They're ugly as all get out, but they're great for me. Good luck!

Wait so I should be getting at lease 1200 NET calories per day? I normally do (my daily non-net goal is 1440), but I thought it was what you actually put in your body, regardless of exercise. In fact, I thought a low NET calorie number was good. Halp!

I think it sucks if you work in an office and don't do anything but sit at a desk all day. Luckily my job is cool, so I like to take my daughter to work for a bit to see what I do, then back to school.
