I wouldn't panic like the others have said there can be many reasons for this, sodium, tom etc, just keep an eye on it over the next two weeks and if it keeps raising re-check your setting's or make sure that you are logging everything you eat accuratley, good luck

I completely understand I have went from midway obese to higher end of normal but none the less normal weight, I am very proud of myself for achieving this however as happy as I am at the moment weighing in at 8.12lbs I would like to get to 8.7 to give me the option of those "bad times" when we all gain a little weight to…

I often use home colours as it can be expensive at the salon, I am 37 and I am fortunate enough to have no grey hairs but I do like a change of colour now and then. I can't really reccomend brands as I am in the UK and the same brands are probably not avalible but you have plenty of choice, Semi Permanent colours are great…

I also work with the raw ingredients rather than method of cooking and always look over the nutritional content before adding it to my diary to make sure they are right or very close there is a lot of guesswork involved but at least we are now aware of what we are eating and make a recognisable effort to control our input,…

I am aware that BMI isn't everything and that you should always be careful not to get carried away I was however using it as example I could have used dress size or many other factors and no your case is not the same as mine, my point however was that without the little bit of obsession and logging that we do many of us…
