I don't have any pointers, but I share your fear. I find that a quote from a man who lost a significant amount of weight (in excess of the 200's) helps me put that fear into perspective "Saggy skin won't kill you, but fat can." That may not be ver batem, but I really find it helps me drop the anxiety about it quite a bit.

Well I like to make it about the thing we're doing not the food, but there may still be food involved, I met up with a friend the other day, and we went for a hike, but we packed some bagels to eat when we reached a certain point, but nothing too high in calories....not sure what other advise to offer.

I have had flat feet....forever....to stretch your feet out when they hurt put your foot up against a wall, try to do so without bending your toes back but using the bottom of your foot and lean in, you should do this standing upright, you'll feel it in your calves as well, but it alleviates some of the pain right away.…

Depends on what you're doing at the gym, if you're circuit training or weight lifting that day I would skip the 30DS, if it's just cardio, have at it!
