Take a small foldable cooler and fill with ice from their ice machine and use for refrig. I weighed on thurs and was 201 then blew it on weekend with work issues and many grad parties....and back at 202.5 today. :-) I am kicking the exercise up on my days off and going to reign in my eating and get back on target....that should equal a 2+ loss next week I hope. :-) So Liz no change for me. 0 loss 0 gain. :-)

Weighing in at 203...1/2 pound loss... better than gaining. I have been on a plateau lately but have noticed clothes fitting differently. I am now in old jeans 2 & 3 sizes smaller! My scrub and workout pants are falling down a lot so have to take a tuck in them. Want to wait another size or 2 before buy new ones. :-)…

Sorry have been MIA... Had a horrible week work wise/schedule. Covered for another clinical case manger and admitted a new patient home with a lot of schedule and DME ( suppliers of other services and supplies) issues. I worked 61 hrs in 4 days, was awake for 47 straight. Anyway, I am back to my own clients/schedule now.…

Sorry been MIA...Had a "HELLACIOUS" schedule (unexpected) this week. I worked 61 hrs in 4 days , was awake for a 49 hr stretch.
