I view it like a routine part of personal care...showering, styling my hair, putting on a little make up....things that make me feel good about my presentation. I hope to remain dedicated ,to meet my goals, to continue with maintenance, and help encourage others to reach their goals.

Although I haven't measured myself, since the end of August I have lost 25 lbs and I too am discovering that the cup is roomy. I swear I have had boobs since I was 8-9 years old, and throughout never below a B so I am good with that. I was a DD, so that for me is a welcomed relief...back problems.

I would be glad to be among your pals. I set a goal of 70 lbs, but 90 would bring me to my ideal weight. Currently I am at 19 lbs. lost. This is hard work and you really need support. Perhaps we can be supportive of each other. Feel free to add me.:smile:

I don't see why you should say good bye. You could be a great source of inspiration to another person who is where you once were. My goal was to lose 68 lbs, but to reach my deal weight I need to lose 93lbs. I started near the end of August, and have lost 19 lbs. Small, attainable goals is/has been my approach.
