Two years ago I had a tendonitis problem along the top of my foot. The foot dr prescribed orthotics, PT, ice etc. It persisted for a few months. The only exercise I was able to do comfortably was swimming, and it really helped me feel better emotionally. I had twisted my ankle running through an airport wearing clogs and…

Your big motivator is the same as mine - good health! Sent a friend request. WE can do this!

Call your dr.

I started at 196 lbs. It took 40 lbs to get comments. And then a week or two later, the "don't get TOO thin" comments started. Ugh. As if.

Life throws curve balls at us and sometimes it is hard to recognize what they really are. I had a rough couple of days this week and am still mulling it over. The one thing that is super clear is: there is a void there, and food does NOT work to fill it. So I am still thinking about it and going to do some journaling. You…

You're rockin' it. Awesome work. Looks like you get plenty of exercise, too. Nice tone. Just great, inspirational pictures. Thanks!!

I'm buying cute boots (which never fit me before because my calves were too big) and a cute fitted black leather jacket. A very nice one. That's the plan. Hope to be there by fall of this year.

Start every day fresh with a clean slate; don't beat yourself up for anything you did or didn't do yesterday.
-
Congratulations! The very best part is you are modeling healthy habits for your beautiful little girl. Awesome. Way to go!

Switch to weighing once a week and tell yourself, it's only a number. The main thing is that the trend line stays flat to down.

Cadbury mini eggs are the devil.

I am not gonna weigh in till Friday just cause Friday is my weigh in day. But, man. I went over, bigtime. Today is a new day. I am gonna try hard not to beat myself up about it.

SHE is probably "not meant to be skinny" LOL. Blow it off. Keep on keeping on. You are doing great.
-
You are an inspiration! Wonderful work. And here's the coolest part: you're acting as a role model for your baby, who will grow up comfortable with healthy eating and exercise habits.
-
Wow, you are rockin' it! Thanks for posting, and keep up the good work!
-
IN MY DREAMS some day it will read that I will weigh 128.6 lbs in five weeks! I have a long way to go!
-
Great work! And so fast!! Wow. Keep taking good care of your body, and it will take good care of you. <is 61

went and looked at your diary and it looked really fine, except for that day when you skipped lunch and dinner, I bet you were extra dizzy that day, just guessing. But really, try eating a little bit more and eating small frequent snacks, see if the dizziness improves, and definitely take notes/a diary to go over symptoms…
-
Could the dizziness be from low blood sugar? Are you eating frequently, small meals? I would be worried, as it could indicate a medical problem. And I have no idea how you lost 7 lbs in a week, but find myself ::slightly:: jealous. Ask yr dr.

I'm in. You got me started on my new favorite lunch: one navel orange, and one ruby grapefruit, peeled and segmented, in a bowl with a little salt. Surprisingly satisfying, and of course delicious! So that will be my lunch today.

Pay them no mind. This is YOUR journey. You're doing it for yourself, for your healthier future and for your self-esteem and confidence. They are only looking in from the outside, and don't understand the dedication this has taken. The mental and emotional changes you have had to make. It's scary to them., that's why they…

Well, when I WAS pregnant and having morning sickness, the best way to keep it at bay was to grab a saltine and let it practically melt in my mouth. I was most nauseous on an empty stomach. A little bit of food, eaten often, was the solution. And, yeah, I would lose the tea. I am not a dr etc.

I do love my eggs in the morning, they stick with me. So, I tend to alternate between these: 1) scramble an egg, heat a corn tortilla, add a bit (1/8 cup) grated cheddar cheese... "breakfast taco" 2) Poached egg on half an english muffin with a little bit of butter on top (I log a pat but it's usually less) 3) or poached…

I'm not a nutritionist. But look at your macros. Your sodium is over. Some days, way over. Salt retains water, water = weight. Can you eat a little more protein and a lot less salt for a week or so, and see how it goes? Oh, also, my weight tends to come off in chunks. Plateau for a few weeks, then boom, 3 lbs down. It…

Good for you for tackling a difficult problem head-on. My dd has PCOS, it's a struggle for her. I would love to add you just in case I can learn anything to help her on her journey.

You rock! Thanks for sharing.

I keep a bag of Hershey's kisses in the freezer. They thaw really quickly and are very satisfying.

Congratulations, very inspiring.

I am so pleased that this has helped you. Best.

Love these, thanks!
