I'm bumping this for some of the information I was seeing, I want to start running (I'm not looking to do a marathon or even half marathon anytime soon, but thought a good deal of the info could still be of great help for any training) and have seen some good tips on this board I'd like to revisit. :D

Way to go! I am starting to do longer distance walking and am hoping to begin working up to running. I would love to do a 5K before the end of the year! Keep it up! :happy:

HOLY CRAP! You look amazing! What an inspiration (your staring weight was close to mine and your goal weight isthe same as mine-I am also a shorty at 5 foot 1). I saw that you said walking was your main form of exercise, how many miles/time did you walk a day to achieve your results?

You're progress is quite noticable! You maybe don't see it as much since you see yourself every day and don't notice the slight changes from day to day, but they are there (trust all of us telling you cause it's true) and you look great! Way to go!!!!

bump...thank you for that information, I feel a lot better about drinking my tea now (and I never use sweetener, but was always told it didn't count towards my water intake because it wasn't "just water").

I got a food scale a while back (and also use it to measure my packages for the post office and have found it agrees with their scales down to the oz). It is very reliable and I love it!
