My husband and I hardly ever say "I love you" to eachother.. we've been together over 6yrs and it's always been like that. He said "I love you" first and its never really been a huge ordeal with us. He knows I care about him more than anyone and he's good with that, I don't need to draw little hearts with his name on them.

If you don't think sleep affects your weight - try this: wake up early and weigh yourself at 5am. Before eatting/drinking. Then the next day, get more sleep and weigh yourself later in the morning at say 8am before eatting/drinking and see if there's a difference. I can gain 1-2lbs from not sleeping correctly.

Only things I don't log acurately are my teas and my stevia sweetener, but I log at least 1 serving of each for the day and there's no calories/fat/sugar/ etc across the board so its foolish to log each one I drink... other than that - I log everything. It happens to me too as I lose weight in my stomach. I've had 3 kids and it happens each time as I'm losing the fat and toning. Deciding to make a change is the first step. We all get upset and feel sad when we're disapointed with ourselves, esp regarding our weight. But now that it's done and overwith, shake it off and join us all in getting sexy. C'mon, you have a child - you went through a pregnancy - and childbirth. THAT is hard. You got this :)
