I know I don't post much but I am running. Tomorrow is going to be my longest run ever at the Twilight 12K race. I'm kind of nervous. The furthest I've ever ran is 5.5/6 (if you include the cool down walk). :glasses:

I was happy at 145. I was toned and athletic. I did get down to 120 once. And I look so sick. It was sad. So my goal is to get back to 145-155 :)

Need Advice! I've been running steady now for a couple weeks plus a soccer game on the weekend. My legs are sore pretty badly the last couple days. Like I'm on the vurge of having cramps and a shin splint. What should I do? :)

I'm 5'4" as we'll and have been stuck at 182 for a long time. I'm hoping to see new results since I've up'd my cardio and hoping to add weights. Add me as a friend if you want. Always looking for new friends with similar weight height and to help motivate! :-)

I just want to giv eyou a big huh! My husband and family members are so supportive of my weightloss journey. Its hard sometimes because my husband can eat whatever he wants and my mom makes very yummy food. But they give me a look or they will do something different just for me.
