I agree with a lot of people on her. As much as I don't want to go, I go ahead and just get it done and it does seem to help tremendously!! I say just try to push through it, even if its brisk paced walking.

Welcome to MFP Allison! We are glad to have you hear. Congratulations on your recovery!!! I'm with you on the back fat, I'm trying to get rid of that myself, along with the mid-section area..lol! Whenever I'm down I come here as well, there is so much support and words of encouragement from everyone and it lets you know…

These are all great sounding low cal snacks. I will keep these in mind when I go to the store. I never know what to get for a low cal snack so I'm glad this topic was brought up.

I know sometimes it can feel like your alone especially when there are people around you eating tempting food. You're doing a great job by sticking to the healthy eating. I also agree with everyone else, it's okay to have a burger..just choose a healthier version. I usually do 98% lean ground turkey or a bean burger and…

I actually use Spark as well along with MFP. I really like it and like the fact that you can log in your current weight/height to give you a somewhat accurate total of calories burned.

I started carrying a 1liter water bottle with me at all times. There's 4 8oz. glasses in a liter. I try to drink at least 1 and a half of those a day for a total of 6 glasses.

I have tried the Special K20 Protein Water mix as well and the taste is fine but it never curbed my appetite so I stopped using it.

I actually did what Jessica suggested. I took boneless skinless chicken breast and cranberries and put them in the oven. It was very good.

I usually put a dash of salt and pepper on them or eat them with a tad of ranch.

Welcome! My situation was pretty much the same. I used to always be a thin healthy person until I got into a relationship and got comfortable. In my mind I thought that I could never gain weight but like you suddenly gained 5pds and then 5pds became 10 and so on. I'm at my heaviest I've ever been. I love food, but never…

I'm going to have the same issue tomorrow with our Thanksgiving luncheon. I think I will stay away from a lot of the desserts. I'll eat the turkey and a little bit of green bean casserole and a possibly a very small amount of mashed potatoes with a tad of gravy. Someone will be bringing fresh fruit so I will eat that…

I used to weigh 130 at my prime and now 4 years later I'm up to the biggest I have ever been 180pds. I'm very happy that you shared your pics…
