Hey everyone how did your weekend go? I had a good day. I ate pretty well and I exercised today. Hopefully I can keep it up this week.

I travel 85 % of the time for work so I eat out alot. I've put on 5 pounds in the past two years but I also sit more at this job than the previous one so I really have to exercise.

Same here. Got a job where I travel alot and have put on weight. Need consistency in both my eating and exercising.

We have 3 dogs. A 10 year old Doberman. An 8 year old Weimeraner and a 6 year old beagle/basset hound. We are also in Texas so it's hard to walk them right now.

I have a beagle/basset hound mix and she is difficult to walk with as she is always sniffing and hunting something. And she never appears to be in a hurry.
