I had the ablation in april 2015 but it did not work so i will have a hysterectomy in December. Can't wait.

I do too. I hover for two to three weeks and then will drop a half pound or one pound if I'm lucky and then again it stalls for a few weeks. It can be very frustrating but I'm learning to deal with it.

I eat it but on my days when I work out more and have the extra calories to spare with an apple or on whole wheat bread or just plain on a spoon. I could never give it up. I just work it in.

def get your feet checked and buy the best you can afford for your type of feet. i use saucony for trail running and brooks for road running. But I have flat feet and those are the best for me. Do your research your feet, legs and back will thank you.

I have the same problem. I just did about three weeks worth of research on the right cross trainers. The best shoes for running are: Brooks (minimalist), Saucony, Mizunos (long distance), New Balance. For cross trainers the best are Pumas, Saucony, Adias and New Balance. Do your research. Good Luck!

I have flat feet so my feet were killing me in my brooks for running. I bought pumagility's. They were the 2010 Self Magazine's best for zumba, etc. I did my workout in them and I did not have to take breaks to stretch my arches. Do your research and find the best for your feet type.

Hi! I just signed up today. I was doing WW but got stuck for awhile. I'm finishing up Insanity and will continue to do it but will go a little slower. I'm getting ready to do hip hop abs. I'm 5'0" and am at 120 and would like to be about 112.
