Hmm. Ok. To you perhaps :) Vile to you is tasty to me! But I also like large chunks of putrid blue cheese so I wouldn't listen to me either..........

Eggs are chicken periods. But damn they're tasty.

Granted, but now you're tired of everyone telling you how much they hate you because you can eat anything without getting fat. I wish people would stop poaching endangered wildlife

Blech, no!!! Vegetable Soup

Five Guys and Taco Bell. Actually, all fast food just about. Makes me feel like trash. Also, Chips Ahoy. Those things are garbage. If I'm going to have a cookie, it better be homemade.

Hi! I'm Kyleigh....14 weeks in today. So glad to be in 2nd tri. I have been trying to stay active and healthy but I was struck with some severe nausea and vomiting! That is starting to taper significantly and I am getting a little more exercise, though I get winded easily. So far no weight gain but I haven't had much…

14 weeks as of today here :)

Florida, yay :)!

I like this post...it hits close to home! Pre-pregnancy I was 150lbs, technically overweight for 5'5" and I was actively trying to get down to 135lbs. Pregnancy hit and I went down to 145lbs. Today is my first day of 2nd trimester and I am 146lbs. I have been a little concerned because my pregnancy weight tracker app shows…

5'5"....weight has been stuck at 150lbs for a couple of years. I was once 180lbs and made it to 128lbs at one point, but over the years that went away. I'm 14 weeks pregnant so it's going to awhile before I can work on my goal, but my pre-pregnancy/post pregnancy goal is 125-135lbs.....Really I'd just be thrilled to be…

I work 12hr shifts at a desk job. I find bringing lots of small, healthy snacks works better for me...keeps me from starving and resorting to snack bar, keeps me awake, etc. Typically things like: couple pieces of fruit, baby carrots w/ranch or hummus, cheese sticks, apple sauce, rice cakes, yogurt, cottage cheese, 100…

That is sad but a little anxiety inducing for someone who is pregnant :( I was convinced I had a miscarriage until I saw a heartbeat but I still prepare myself for bad news with every visit. That is horrible, I can't imagine going through that, the poor family :(

On day 78 :) I log daily but I've been pretty low on calories lately unintentionally...due to epic morning sickness. Hopefully that's over soon and I'll be back to a squeaky clean log (& exercise!)

I had mine out about 10 years ago, I was only 17yrs old. I had a lot of problems with bloat, stomach pains, acid reflux, and eating certain things (leafy greens, broccoli, fatty things). I've been going to the doctor for a loooooooong time with digestion issues. I'm not sure if it's related to my gall bladder but it does…

I went from 180lbs-128lbs in high school, I was able to maintain that for about 6 years! The last couple years for various reasons/excuses I've been stuck at 145lbs-150lbs. I'm still glad I kept off 30lbs but I'd like to be in the 130's again. Of course, I am pregnant so I am going to gain more and the journey will be even…

Thank you! I knew some was normal but I had NO idea it would be THIS bad! I feel like I've been hiking in a hot desert for 10hrs I'm so thirsty! But that's a good point I didn't think about all the toxins getting flushed out. As annoying as it is, I guess I'll keep chugging!

I was a member at Orange Theory and was going to the gym quite a bit, but recently I've been utilizing my home gym only. Treadmill, spin bike, weight set, DVDs, etc. I'm selling the treadmill and bike so that my workout room can become a nursery though, so I will focus on some Beach Body DVDs, home exercise routines I've…

Some gaming (Final Fantasy, Chrono Cross/Trigger, Mass Effect, Bravely Default, Fire Emblem, Kingdom Hearts, etc..), mostly fallen off anime but I still love Miyazaki films and a few nostalgic ones, LOVE sci-fi, convention go-er (I met Jessica Nigri at Emerald City ComicCon ;D), drawer of fanart and nerdy things (I sold my…

As a child/teenager I dealt with it in a poor way and spent many years crash dieting/dealing with disordered eating. I will never blame her for my problems but I can say it did not help. As an adult I deal with it by reminding myself SHE has the issue. She tells me her parents were hard on her about her weight (she was…

Absolutely. When I was overweight it was "you're arms are too fat for tank tops, you need to suck in your gut, you got you butt from your dads side (they all are "pear shaped")". She also would talk about herself being fat all the time and criticize people in front of me for their weight or judge what they were eating. In…

Don't sweat it hon. Relax, don't ruin your vacation with thoughts of guilt and stress. I know the feeling, I went to Belize for 10 days and was at the mercy of whatever food my family wanted and had zero access to any gym...that was stressful to me because I'm very routine and I feel like I NEEDED it! I was sharing a room…

Yikes. I'm a little concerned after reading this post. There's some days I consumed just shy of 4,000mg of sodium and most days just shy of 2,000mg. I've never noticed any ill effects...yet I guess. As far as appearance I deal with bloat so maybe that's the culprit. Sometimes I wonder if my face looks swollen or if I'm…

Carrots and celery with ranch dip. I'm about to move onto a mango.

I'm Kyleigh....still a ways to go for me. Baby due around 20 December, a little Christmas baby :) First and probably only child....a sweet little SURPRISE! Saw the heartbeat and it made my heart melt though

You're not going to get accurate calorie burns off the machine and anything else is a WAG. Who cares what anyone else at the gym thinks of what your wearing? There are heart rate monitors that go under your shirt and nobody can even tell it's there. I guarantee you people wear them you just don't see them and don't know.
-
It as in the machine? Invest in a heart rate monitor.
-
Don't eat a million calories one day and hardly anything the next day to "make up for it"
-
I bring a kettlebell to work. They look at me a little funny when I start using it but who cares!
