My Spotify playlist for lifting is the usual suspects - RATM, Rammstein, SOAD, Misfits, Black Flag/Fugazi etc etc - with the odd Beastie Boys/Bouncey/Kanye to break it up. But mainly I like all the loud shouty things.

Hey Joselo - in a nutshell, for me personally, I look at it like I have so many calories to use/spend a day. The more of those calories that come from protein and fats the more full I stay for longer. On the other hand, if I use a lot of those calories on carbs then I'm likelier to get hungry sooner and therefore likely to…

Cheers dude, the bodyfat was the biggest shocker - the 3 calculations were wildly different but averaged out at 35% - cripes.Ad surprise surprise my BMR was more than I've been eating. So gonna bump up to TDEE-20 and see how I go. Thanks for the info and the time you take to answer everyone's queries x

Dried fruit. Sultanas, raisins etc - my dad chased me round the kitchen with a currant slice (2 slices of pastry sandwiched with a thick, juicy layer of currants) when I was little. He said it was fly pie and asked if I could see the legs :ohwell:

OP, I love your attitude and you look amazing, well done! 3 months from now I want to be consistently lifting 3x a week, no excuses. And a year from now I want to be comfortably in a UK 12 and be eyeing the size 10s up.
