Ahhh have a lovely anniversary. The week i go to Spain would have been my 5th anniversary (and the 4th anniversary of getting engaged) to my last partner (we split in March) - is it wrong to say I'm so glad it isn't? .

Amen sister :) I out myself CONSTANTLY. And I have such fun with it. And I use people's surprise to turn their opinions back on themselves. And I refuse to be invisible. I came out late (29) and it was, and is, such a joyous thing for me that I don't want people to assume I am straight. In my last 2 job interviews I have…

I buy as much as I can from Aldi. I tend to buy around their offers, particularly the fruit and veg 69ps, and change my menu's accordingly. Then I top up - quinoa etc - at Asda.

I do daily-ish weighing at the moment purely to keep me focused. I don't weight every day because I'll only weigh in the morning after all business has been done *coff* before I get dressed. It's generally every 2-3 days. At the moment it's working for me because I'm right at the beginning, again, and so am seeing some…

I had this yesterday for lunch - 600+ calories but 50g of protein - ramen heaven. Every now and then only salty noodles will do......

 Red wine and cheese. I'd drink a bottle of good red wine and a huge hunk of cheese - stilton, stinking bishop, tasty lancashire, a nice goats cheese - every day *le sigh*

I'm a red wine booze hound - and it's one of the reasons my ticker has zoomed back up to just 5lbs lost. I've had to accept I can't drink wine in the quantities i would like right now, or maybe ever. And that's ok. I'm having a dry couple of weeks prior to going to Spain for a holiday and it's good for me to recognise I…

I'm at the top of Lancashire - miles and miles away *waving* hello! @kjennings - you can come do my garden, I'm not keen! You cut the grass, it grows again, you cut the grass, yep it grows again, meh - don't ask my why I bought a house with 2 gardens! @ahmed - morning! How was the museum? I have a typica busy sunday ahead…

I'm super excited about Spain - we're spending some time in Barcelona and then the rest at the beach - bliss :) leebesstoad - that is such a lovely story. I hope your friend has a wonderful time in Vienna and comes back with some great stories for you XX One of the best nights in my life was singing 'Dream a Little Dream'…

Really, really interesting. Now, I've just got to get to the stage where this is an issue

Game of Thrones - so much win. Seconded about GRR pulling his finger out - COME ON! And goes without saying - read the books people! Mad Men - came to this late and am halfway through season 3. Visually it feels just right. Bets is getting on my wick though....... Orange is the New Black - ate this on Netflix in 3 days -…

Shallow reasons and deeper reasons. I'd love to have a healthy relationship with my body. I have spent my entire life talking trash to myself and being my own worst critic. So I'd like a healthy body and a healthy mind set as well - congruence inside and out. That mental peace would be amazing. Shallow - well I love…

Amazing. You're a complete winner :)

It is a lifestyle change - and that's a good thing. If we go on diets by their very nature they end and then we start eating as we used to eat and the weight goes back on. If we can re-educate ourselves in how we eat overall then this has more chance of being a lasting thing. Good luck on your journey :)

Ravenclaw. Hells yeah.

Parmesan cheese nuggets???? Sweet baby Cheebus, that's my snack nirvana! For me quick cooking is roasting some broccoli and throwing some meat on the George Foreman - I generally tend to faff with my food so that's pared down for me

Speaking as somone who owns a few ducks 1. My mates have a key to my house and in the event something should happen to me they know to hit it before my mum does 2. Sell them. Buy something that reminds you of deceased person. They are inanimate objects that hopefully brought a lot of pleasure in their time. They are able…

A quarter sleeve and shoulder tattoo. And a new rubber outfit. And never, ever to have to do this again.

Congrats! You must feel so stoked!

Starting late, only just done Day 1 but hey, it's done! Whoop!

All types of body extremism are challenging. Be that anorexia, hyper obesity or selective amputeeism - don't think I have spelt that right. I struggle in my response to this - especially here where we ostensibly meet because we want to be healthier. The Daily Mail is a sensationalist rag that has numerous of these types of…

I struggle with emotional eating. I went through a health scare recently and almost stood outside of myself, watching me shovel food down into my belly to try and squash those feelings of anxiety. I wonder why this self sabotaging behaviour happens for me. I wonder why I don't value myself enough to gift myself the thing…

It all depends on what you are prepared to eat and how you make your budget fit around your chosen eating pattern. If you're looking at anything like a paleo/primal diet - or looking to cut out the bulking carbs that can fill so much of your plate - then without a doubt it can become an expensive way to eat. When I was not…

I have a wobbly gob and in the past have told all and sundry. This time I think I'm going to play it a little bit closer to my chest. No more Facebook statuses about a great lifting session or a healthy meal because they have inevitably been followed with a too fat to move and eaten my bodyweight in take away food status…

Well done! You look stunning, you must be so proud of yourself :)
