I like yoga.....and secretly I would love to be a Yogi, but I guess I just prefer to do it on my own for maybe 20 minutes instead of 40 :) I think I'll skip that from now on and do my own stretching......although I really should do the planks :grumble:

Just finished week 1! Man, Stretch 40 was soooooo boring! It was tough sticking through that whole thing.....it's just so slow compared to all of the fast paced workouts. Oh, and I HATE planks!!!!

Did Fire 30 & Stretch 10 today with W3D1 of C25k in between. I can't believe tomorrow is my last day of week one! I still haven't taken a rest day yet. You're not supposed to do two HIIT workouts back-to-back, right?

I'll play! I just re-started (for the 4th time :blushing: ). I just started Week 3 today. I'm doing a 5k on Thanksgiving and would really like to be able to jog the whole thing!

That is awesome! Great dedication from both of you!! I did Fire 30 and Stretch 10 again today. I'm definitely getting better at Fire 30. Tomorrow is Fire 55 EZ. I haven't quite decided what day I want my rest day to be yet. But I HAVE to workout tomorrow because we're going out to breakfast.

I did HIIT 15 and Stretch 10 today. That HIIT workout was tough! Also did W2D3 of C25k. Tomorrow is supposed to be my rest day, but I don't want a weekend rest day so I'll do TF again tomorrow! Hope you're all having a great weekend!

I did Fire 30 & Stretch 10 today - what a great workout! I did the 'New to Class' for Fire 30 and it helped a little bit. Ah, ok. I saw that when I put the DVD in, but just ignored it :laugh:. Thanks for the heads up - I'll definitely use that tomorrow when I do Fire 30 again. I thought I would just be able to listen to her and follow along that way, but like Kayli said, it's so hard to hear her over the music. But I love the music!

Welcome! I'm also breastfeeding my son. We're down to only 4 feeds/day so I've cut out the extra calories per day I was getting (oh, how I miss those calories!) I know a lot of women do have trouble losing weight while BF, just keep it up - at least you're being healthy!
