upping the cals a bit is a good idea, do you take a multi vitamin? Incorporating relaxation time and extra sleep can really help too.

I like working out before breakfast too. I try to workout before my normal meal times so i dont over eat before or after.

Whats the alternative? get fatter and fatter and then die? where do you put your foot down and go the other direction?

during the week of - i double up on my workouts and create a big deficit. and then I eat what i want.. easter, christmas and thanksgiving are the big ones for my family. i try not to over do it on a birthday though. just those three holidays .

i cant stand it when people are rude to me. The OP story is pretty familiar to me it happens... im not a fan of people moving my clothes either to get a better look at my tattoos.. STRANGER DANGER. what the eff people? I dont love feeling like i have to explain myself to others. thats the worst part.

this is me, im in the low 200's but over 5 months pregnant with my second baby. - whew! excited to get her out so i can rock it back off! feel free to add me - anyone. i log food and my workouts but I can't wait to lose again. :)

Some of my favorite runs are just getting up, putting on clothes & shoes and leaving it all behind. I see the need for all the stuff and sometimes I use it. But I enjoy it most when its just me and the road.

The shakes are nice after a tough, hot workout but other than that - I'm an oatmeal gal. I don't buy all the stuff they wanna sell me, if you know what i mean. I can see how they make money though. The pyramid scheme is a little dated but it seems to work for them.

i love uphill sprints and then latterals all the way back down. sprint up again, repeat. you will hate/ love me for that one. so so good

i lean back a bit on the down hills and try to land softly with foot fall. if theres a patch of grass or gravel next to the sidwalk you can take that as an alternative. I also take baths a few times a week and the warm water helps me stretch out a little better. - works for me.

they do it for shock value. its television. unless severly obese, its not reccomended to lose that much in a week.

This one time I was homeless. I had to live out of my car. I also had a gym membership (attained before homelessness) that i couldnt get out of - turned out to be handy since i needed to get clean every few days so i looked okay at work. that really happend. you never do know what other people are going through.

i just plain old dont buy my trigger foods. I dont keep icecream, chocolate or any kind of chips in the house. I also dont buy fries or anything like that. those things i love but they are treats and not every day food. once in a blue moon,my friends and i will head out to an awesome ice cream place and enjoy a scoop of my…
