Thanks for all your replies. I have been drinking more water, but probably not yet enough. I haven't been stretching, so will do that on my next run. I did have a bath (the first in our new bathroom) and felt much better after that, :glasses: :glasses:

I've done all but one of my 5 sessions so far on a treadmill. I found the one I did W1D3 outside harder as I wasn't good at pacing myself re speed and I had slight hills to cope with.
