Wonder if I should count the calories for my bathroom breaks...I'm up about every 30 mins and it's not that close.

Same here...The scale hasn't moved in 2 weeks but my pants are loose...I gave the scale to my husband and told him to give it to me on Saturday mornings. The scale depresses me.

I have the same problem. My right foot usually starts hurting after 30 mins on the elliptical. I tried my flats and the pain went away.

I am so with you. I'm going through the same thing. I had lost 14lbs and then put 18 back on. Hang in there, you are not alone.

I don't use the broiler. I just put it back in the oven and wait for the cheese to melt. If i'm adding veggies, I put those in the micro for a bit for them to get soft and then add them to the pizza.

I get that too. I always take my rings off before a workout or a walk. Holding my hands up relieves the pressure.
