UGH I hate it when they do this. I always look online before going out. Same thing happened to me at P.F. Chang.

I'm 36 trying to get healthy...we can do this!
-
Yeah...I do the same thing. I've tried recommending the site to other people, but they have to want to experience it for themselves. Just wish her luck on her journey and you continue what you are doing...You look AMAZING!

My trainer did say that no matter what you are still burning and losing. I wanted to set my FT60 for weight loss, but he said that i would be better off improving my fitness. Either way I was going to lose weight.
-
I noticed the lower the intensity the more fat burn. The higher the intensity the more fitness time I put in. Staying in zone 1 and low zone two will increase the fat burn.

Thanks for sharing

Or a woman suffering/living with PCOS.
-
That may be the case with people without PCOS...but dealing with PCOS(Polycystic ovary syndrome) is very complicated . Nutrition is a whole different animal for people with this condition.
-
OMG! You are a God Send! I was just talking to my husband about me seeing a nutritionist to try to get control of my PCOS. Thank you so much!

I'm having the same problem. I'm on a 1280 calorie diet but burn close to 900 calories. You'd think cause I'm in the gym all the time, I would be losing, but i'm up and down 3-4 lbs.
-
ooo sounds yummy! Have to add to my shopping list.
-
I love it! You made my day!
-
I would like to know also. I tried mine once and gave up. I've had it for six months now.
-
I'm interested too! If not, let's start one!

Thank you so much! I'm going through that right now. I'm working out so hard everyday and eating right, but the scale is moving so slow...This is so helpful
-
I have the same issue. I weighed myself at the gym after my workout. I weighed myself with sweaty clothes and it was far less than my scale at home. I'm ready to throw my scale out the window and just weigh in at the gym.
