Your best bet is to get a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM). That way you know exactly how many calories you're burning when you exercise.

I just tried spaghetti squash for the first time yesterday and I LOVED it. I'll definitely be cooking it soon. The one I tried was crunchy too, but I loved the texture.

I've never understood the appeal. I don't understand why anyone would pay to have some foreign object surgically implanted into their bodies for purely aesthetic reasons.
