when i first started on MFP, the site set my intake at 1200 cal/day and i felt the same way you feeling...always tired! after reading some insightful posts from the MFP family i decided to manually up my cal/day to 1400. it made a huge difference within the first few days. i had more energy and i also began losing weight…

Breakfast: two slices of toast w/blue bonnet spread coffee!!! Snack: two mini chocolate chip muffins Lunch: turkey sandwich pizzeria pretzel combos Snack: apple I'm not sure what I'm having for dinner yet, but I still have 700 calories left to eat!

i have the same situation with my b/f...he can snack on chips and ice cream all night, every night and not gain a single lb!!! i try to keep healthier, low cal snacks in the kitchen for myself like sliced fruits and vegetables that are ready to eat, no sugar added fudgsicles (only 60 cal) and no sugar added creamsicles…
