OH man, I thought you had shaving cream on your face. I was like, why did he take a picture of himself with a little bit of shaving cream, then I realized your mirror is pretty messy like your post mentioned. ...Regardless,... have to say congrats. That is a great accomplishment.. and you're looking Super Sharp in that…

Misty, I have to say, that your accomplishment is outstanding. It really is inspirational, and I love reading stories like this because I need the motivation too. But I can only imagine how physically uncomfortable you must have felt at the 320lbs. I say that only because I'm at 338lbs right now, and I'm 6'5. Granted I'm…

I just sent a text to my friend to see if I could use his bike. He's offered several times, and I've decided to take him up on it. I never even considered it not being able to hold me. I'm 6'5 300lbs myself. I'm ashamed to admit that, because I am suppose to be a lot further along than that, but nonetheless, that is where…

I'm 6'5 300lbs, and need to lose 85lbs. I'm married, to a wonderful woman, but she is 5'1 and 110lbs. Needless to say she some times feels self conscience when we're out. Plus, I'm going to be a father soon, so I really want to be a healthy dad. So feel free to add me. could always use some more friends.

Well, I don't quite have a 100lbs to lose, but I need to drop 85lbs. I'm married, and I'm expecting my first child, so I'm really motivated to be a healthy dad, and husband. Feel free to add me. Happy to give support and accountability.

I'm starting to become more and more active on here. I know it helps keep on track when I do. And having people to help makes it great. Especially when I don't log on for a few days, and I have everyone telling me to get back on here, lol. The accountability is great... I have 85lbs to lose myself. I'm going to be a first…

I'm in the same boat. I need to lose 85lbs. I'm married, and soon to be a father for the first time. I want to really be there for my family, and have the energy its going to take to raise a kid, and be 'ACTIVE' and involved. Happy to give any support and accountability. Feel free to add me. Much success.

I'm ashamed to say that my rewards still revolve around food. What I'll eat, how much, how long... it's a cycle that got me in this mess in the first place.. I'm still in the very early stages of my fitness journey, so food is still on my mind. But If I were to pick a non food goal off the top of my head.. A surf trip.....…

Smoking that's a hard one. Funny you mention it, when I quit around 7-8 years ago.. I did start to gain weight too, and I've never lost it. Wish you much success.
