I'll be doing TF in the mornings before work- that's the plan! :) Then I'll be walking at least 15 mins during the work day and maybe do a class at the gym if I'm feeling energized (or crazy!) :)

Thanks for the encouragement! I think it's great if you can eat healthy without joining a program, and with MFP- this is great accountability! We can do this ! Thanks everyone! It is a # MFP set up and I haven't yet seen the Dr. about it, I'll be going in about a month and wanted to start working on changes if I should. I know I've improved on not eating as much sugar as I used too- or carbs! Thanks!
