I can't speak for postpartum since I'm a guy, but from everything I've read about it over the last few years is that most people just simply don't lose enough. Most of the time it's subcutaneous fat adhered to the skin and not loose skin. If you don't get rid of that layer under the skin it has zero reason to shrink back.…
