Well I took my first rest day yesterday, on day 28 of all days!! I had a terrible migraine for about 3 hrs, napped it off, and then just felt drained the rest of the day. I think the 30 days in a row is perfectly fine!! I havent missed a day! I dont think the impact of the strength part is too much that you need a rest day. If I had a rest day, I dont think I would have been as motivated to keep going. JMO.

Today will be day 28 for me, day 8 level 3. I LOVE this workout. I feel lost that the 30 days is almost over with. Iol I will post my final results on Wed! I think I will do a round two with just level 2/3 every day. Maybe even add in another JM video. IDK. What do other people do after the 30 days?

Yes, your calorie goal will decrease as you lose weight, until you hit maintenance mode. Your BMR calculations must still be in the same range, which is why it didnt change. But, keep updating, and especially if your weight loss slows because that could be why!

I thought the purpose of eating back your exercise calories is to get the nutrients your body needs. So, I guess I dont really understand this. If you are only eating 1200 calories, your net is only 700 on the days you exercise. That isn't enough. I understand what you were saying about not logging ACTIVE in your profile…

Right now I have the Kashi lean Crunch Honey Almond, but there is a berry one I want to try too!! Lots of more good ideas here!! Im going to try the mandarin oranges and vanilla. Also, I wonder how it would taste added to my shakeology??

I am and I agree it is super hard. I just reset my calories at midnight. so, I will eat dinner before I go into work. Then eat around 1 am, and then try and drink a shakeology shake when I wake up and a easy healthy meal that night. Its hard though and its easy to go over my calories. I wake up STARVING.
