Ahhh, Love this ^. I personally don't have room for horses right now or time for them with all of my little one's. But eventually we hope to again. In the meantime that sounds like a blast!!

US TOO! My horse was sold 4yrs ago :( and I too miss her dearly. I'm with ya, it is an incredible leg workout and sometimes it can wind you. I'm sure it counts, but enough to track, not sure, We'll have to wear an HRM when riding to find out, THAT you can track!!

Well holy moly, I just looked at your diet and 2500cals a day could be one of your problems. Although I'm not sure what your workout cals vs. your regular calorie allowance a day is. But 2500cals and only 4 glasses of water per day could be part of your problem. Just a suggestion.

What are your eating habits like? Are you sticking to a 1200-1500cal diet and how's your water intake? I'm assuming a majority of it is muscle, if your wanting to lose weight I'd switch up your cardio and weights. Spend more time doing workouts that elevate your heart rate, then instead spend 15min doing weights.

If your waaay outta shape look into something like Jillian Micheals 30 day hred, its worked wonders for me. YES, I do, just got one for Christmas and I LOVE IT! My favorite way to do this is Spaghetti squash, Pesto, Vidalia onion dressing (a little goes a long way) Sliced avacado, sliced cherry tomatos, and chopped red onion, it is soooooooooo yummy!!

My favorite is on Spaghetti squash, so that's no biggie for me. I avoid pasta at all costs. I also really enjoy it on fish and when I make it I use a pinch of parmesan and I only use 1/4 cup of Pine Nuts. It is sooooo yummy.
