ok well it sounds like peanut butter is in fact a popular one! My boyfriend told me a few weeks ago chocolate milk is good too for recovery so maybe instead of regular milk maybe ill substitute with chocolate milk and see how that works out with a little p.b.Thanks pals!

Ok so I asked and he said its all 3 p90x lean, classic and somethin else.(I forgot) and it does have plyometrics...so I should be in good shape, literally and figurativly!

I like using it as the main ingredient in spanish rice...soooo good! I'm sure you could do a sort of maybe stir fry type meal too with it saute some onions bell peppers garlic and mushrooms and add it in and maybe even some grilled chicken yummmm!

I think eating out all together is bad whenn ur dieting. But good job with limiting it to the weekends. You have to start somewhere. I like Sarah Lee 45cal whole wheat bread. Antyime I'm avoiding bread, I put whatever I;d have on the sandwhich in a bed of lettuce. If it's a trukey burger or garden burger I get it "protein style" wrapped in lettuce!

I drink tap too, I was directed to by my dr. because it is loaded with Iron and I have anemia. Otherwise, I don't see how it could be harmful in any way.

I never gave up coffee! In fact I'm drinking it right now. Gives me energy when I need it most (first thing in the morning) and I don't know what I'd do without it! I do it all together and always do cardio first, I do the elliptical or a big power walk then the shred and I'll either do another toning workout before or after the shred!!
